Dear Matra Friends, i am delighted to show you something truly unique. that’s because we have got a Murena 2.2 equipped with a turbo. the original engine has been swapped out for a fuel injected, turbo powered 2155cc engine from the Peugeot 505 turbo “Phase 2”. which produces a roaring 180 HP. that combined with the extremely low wight of the Murena will have you flying down the road in no time.  this particular car has been treated very well. before it came speeding int our showroom it has only had 2 previous owners, and has been enjoying its life in a heated garage for the past 25 years. it has had a new professionally done paint job in 2021, complete new brake system, new cooling system, new exhaust system with stainless steel silencer with dual tips, new tires, new alloy wheels, new steering parts, new rear control arms, new battery, new windshield, and a comfortable leather interior. the car has been in our care for the last 20 years and it has been well cared for, we spare no expense and always use quality original parts

Equipped with a Garrett turbocharger, the engine has a compression ratio of 7.5, producing 160 PS (180 HP / 118 kW) at 5200 rpm and a maximum torque of 245 Nm (180 lb-ft) at 3000 rpm. The power is delivered to the rear wheels (RWD) through a 5-speed manual transmission, ensuring a dynamic and engaging driving experience.
