Can I return a part?
Yes, if the item has not been installed or used and is still in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We ask that you contact us first before sending anything back, so we can sort out the details together.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake — wrong part sent, damaged on arrival, or a genuine defect — we cover the return shipping costs. If you ordered the wrong part or simply changed your mind, the return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that don’t reach us.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the item and confirm it is in the expected condition, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. We will keep you informed throughout.
What cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Parts that have been installed or used
- Custom or special-order parts
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
This is not a long list intentionally. We want to keep things fair and simple.
Restored-to-Order Parts
These are a different case
A large part of what we sell are parts that we restore individually or in small batches, specifically for your order. A significant amount of time, skill and workshop resources go into each of these.
Because of this, refunds are not possible once restoration work has started. This is the same principle as commissioning any specialist work — once the craftsman has started, the work is yours.
We are always transparent about which parts fall into this category. If you are unsure before ordering, just ask us.
What if a restored part arrives damaged or defective?
That should not happen, but if it does, we want to hear from you within 5 days of receiving the item. Please send us a message with some photos of the part and the packaging, and we will arrange a return and either repair or replace it. We stand behind the quality of our restoration work, and if something is not right, we will fix it.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong part, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different specification or model, contact us and we will do our best to make it work. Exchanges depend on availability. If the item you need is not in stock, we can issue a store credit or a refund instead.
A Note on Who We Are
We are a small, specialist team. We are not a warehouse operation processing hundreds of returns a day. When you contact us about a return or a problem, you are speaking directly with the people who packed your order and know the parts.
We appreciate patience and clear communication, and we will always give you the same in return. If something is not right, just get in touch and we will work it out together.
