1. General Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, customization, or special-order status.

1.2 Return Period:
All eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as per your preference.

1.3 Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.


2. Return Process

2.2 Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, custom parts, clearance items, and items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with our claim process.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items

7. Errors in Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions on our website. However, in the event of any errors in product descriptions or specifications, we reserve the right to correct them without liability. Returns based on descriptive errors will be processed in line with our standard return policy, but we are not responsible for return shipping costs for such cases.
